Limitation of Liability

  • We kindly require a 24-48 hour notice to guarantee that we can schedule your requests.
  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. However, we will act as a liaison to the vendor regarding repair or reparation if you so wish. That said, we cannot guarantee that you will receive full compensation for your loss.
  • If you hire us to arrange contract work/waiting services (such as carpet cleaning, home repair, etc.) we cannot control outside vendors’ schedules so we cannot be held liable if they do not appear at the agreed-upon time.
